ABOUT ME
I am in this field because I like people. I am curious about people and I am comfortable with a wide variety of people. I want to impact the lives of others in even the smallest of ways. I am by nature both a student and teacher. In sixty-six years, I have experienced many difficult personal problems, faced many challenges and life changing events. I am in touch with my humanness; both strengths and weaknesses. I have gotten stuck but have endured and been transformed many times.
I enjoy movement, yoga, dance, art, psychology, energy healing and people. The approach that feels true to me is a holistic method to therapy. The holistic approach works with the entire person; body, mind and spirit and focuses on different techniques and methods from many different theories.
I bring to my work as a helper, all of my accumulated experiences, wit and wisdom. I am committed to my personal growth and to the growth of others. It is an honor to grow to know my clients emotionally!
