Fees & Insurance

My fee is $125-$150 per hour.

Payment

Cash or check are accepted. I ask that you pay at the beginning of each session.

Insurance

I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield. You can check to see if your insurance will accept an out-of-network provider, if so, I will provide a form for you to submit.

Please check with your insurance and ask:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my out-of-network deductible and has it been met?
• What is my co-pay?

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy session and do not notify me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
